Launched for the 2020 model year, the 38 Grande Coupe sits between the 36 Grande Coupe and the IPS-powered 42 Grande Coupe. It measures 38 ft 9 in LOA with an 11 ft 11 in beam, an 18-degree deadrise, about 18,000 lb dry and 260 gallons of fuel. Power is twin Volvo Penta V8 gas sterndrives with joystick and Duoprop drives; the 380 is the volume engine.
The layout is Regal's atrium concept: a salon with sliding doors and an opening roof that flows into the cockpit, a helm with Volvo's glass cockpit, and a cockpit with an L-shaped sofa, refrigerator and grill option.
