Overview
The 33 SAV debuted at the 2018 Miami show as Regal's first Sport Activity Vessel, and the 38 and larger SAVs grew out of it. It measures 33 ft 11 in to 34 ft 1 in LOA depending on year, a 10 ft 4 in beam, a 21-degree deadrise and 11,750–12,150 lb dry, with 224–225 gallons of fuel. The layout is a center helm with two seats, a cockpit refreshment center, an oval bow lounge with a drop-in table, and a full-beam swim platform with a walkable section between the outboards.
Below, the cabin fits a forward berth, an aft berth under the helm, a compact galley area and a head that Regal calls largest-in-class for the size. Standard equipment on later boats includes 12,000 BTU air conditioning with reverse-cycle heat and a silent-flush electric head.

Production history
Regal showed the 33 SAV in early 2018 as a new category for the brand: a center-console-style outboard boat with cruiser finish and a real cabin. It was the proof of concept for the SAV line; the 38 SAV followed for 2020, and the 43 and 50 SAV came later. Through its production run the 33 gained standard air conditioning, a silent-flush electric head, updated helm electronics and an extended platform that pushed LOA from 33 ft 11 in to 34 ft 1 in with dry weight rising to about 12,150 lb.
