Premium Yacht Marketplace™ is an independently owned and operated yacht-market information, media, marketing, and vessel-discovery platform of Vigor Media LLC, a Florida limited liability company based in St. Petersburg, Florida. Premium Yacht Marketplace and Vigor Media LLC are not licensed yacht brokerages and do not receive, hold, or disburse yacht-transaction funds.

Brokerage Services Are Provided Separately

Any yacht-brokerage services—including listing solicitation, buyer or seller representation, offers, negotiations, escrow, and closing activity—are provided solely through the licensed brokerage referenced on the Site, under separate written agreements between that brokerage and the client. The Yacht Experts LLC does not own, operate, manage, or control Premium Yacht Marketplace or its independent editorial, media, marketing, technology, or data-compilation activities.

Inquiries

When you submit an inquiry through the Site, your contact information and inquiry details are forwarded to the licensed brokerage so a licensed representative can respond. Any subsequent brokerage relationship is governed by written agreement with that brokerage, not with Vigor Media LLC.

No Fiduciary Relationship Through the Site

Using the Site, submitting an inquiry, or reading editorial content does not create an agency, fiduciary, or brokerage relationship with Vigor Media LLC.

Compensation and Marketing Relationships

Vigor Media LLC may receive compensation from the referenced licensed brokerage or other third parties for marketing, technology, media, and data-compilation services provided in connection with the Site. Such compensation does not alter the informational nature of the Site or the requirement that vessel information be independently verified.

Verification

All vessel information should be independently verified through current documentation, inspection, survey, sea trial, and qualified professional review before any purchase or sale decision.
