For 25+ years I have run a business built on high customer service and high-value sales. Today I bring that same standard to yacht buyers and sellers. Many of my clients own businesses too, and they value an advisor who thinks like an owner: clear communication, complete transparency and a process that respects their time.
I work with buyers and sellers from Palm Harbor and Dunedin to St. Petersburg, Sarasota, Venice and Fort Myers, and with remote buyers throughout the USA.
Being on the water changes people's lives. I learned that sailing in Chicago and cruising the San Juan Islands, and giving others access to those same amazing experiences is why I do this work. You focus on the water. I handle the rest, long after closing.
